The 1850 Octagon House is a project to be completed by Jim and Sam on Jim's bluff property. The premise behind this blog is to follow the progress of the construction with the hope of eventually turning the record into a book.
Jim (with the help of many others) has already completed the reconstruction of a stone farmhouse and a wood-frame farmhouse on his property.
